Exhibitor Agreement Template
7) MUSICAL LICENSES. For reasons of clarity, the exhibitor does not undertake to provide copyrighted musical works, which may be listed or produced or performed by other means, either live or mechanically in connection with an event, unless the exhibitor has previously obtained written permission from the copyright holder or the author (e.g. B ASCAP, BMI or SESAC) for this use. The exhibitor assumes full and total responsibility for the performance of all obligations arising from an agreement allowing the public representation or other use of such a musical work, or for the absence of guarantee of such rights, including, but not limited to, obtaining all obligations, obtaining public representation rights and/or the precise reporting of data and payment of royalties related to those works. 3.1 Registration fee. The exhibitor`s participation in each event depends on the fact that the exhibitor has paid in full the costs set collectively in the issuer contract and/or (b) the additional costs arising from participation as an exhibitor or sponsor or, moreover, the selection of the exhibitor in a part of the exhibitor agreements (together the “exhibitor fees”). Issuer fees are due and payable to the trustee on the terms of the issuer contract. 2.2 Authorization; Changing. By signing the issuer contract, you declare and guarantee that you are at least eighteen years (18) years old and not a minor in your country of residence and that if you execute an issuer contract and another part of the issuer agreements on behalf of an organization, you have been duly authorized to do so by that organization. We reserve the right to change our exhibitor policies at any time. To the extent that you register for several events, you agree to comply with these new guidelines (including, but not limited to any changes to an exhibitor`s contract, including and without limitation of these CGVs), once we have informed you of all these changes. If you do not agree to comply with the provisions of these CGs and an exhibitor contract that you have executed, you are not allowed to participate in an event as an exhibitor. 8.1 Behavior.
The exhibitor is not allowed to operate the exhibitors` room or to act in any way during an event that is competitive with the Manager or that compromises the rights of other exhibitors or other participants in an event or event as defined, angry, threatened or compromised by the Director at our sole discretion. The exhibitor is fully responsible for the damage caused at an event by exhibitors or representatives of the exhibitor (including, but not limited, damage to a part of a meeting place or other exhibitors, participants or managers, or to a representative of the director).
